Information for Charities, Student Groups and Non-Profit Organizations
What is the idea behind a Charity Fun Fair?
The Fun Fair is an opportunity for Swarthmore Rotary to stand true to our vision statement that “together we see a world where people take action to create lasting change across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.” The Fun Fair helps provide exposure and awareness to the countless charities that serve our local community and beyond. With over 50 participating organizations and hundreds of fair-goers, the event makes for a lively and fun afternoon!

What should our booth include?
It’s up to you! Participation ranges from handing out literature and sharing your story with fair-goers to raising money by including participatory games that draw in the crowd (you’ll need a prize or two!). Think ring-toss, spinning wheel, bean bags, fishing….find something easy and fun that will draw participation and contributions from the crowd!
Does it cost anything to have a booth?
In order to pay some of the costs associated with the Fun Fair, each charity and non-profit will pay $25 for booth space (payable at the Rotary Information Booth the day of the fair). Student groups do not need to pay for a booth.
How can I get more information or register?
